It must have been Peverly's fault. Hal Gil plays for Montreal so.....oh wait Gil got traded to Nashville. So it was a dirty hit after all.

it was a knee on knee and he should be suspended for it. I don't care if he plays for Montreal or Nashville.

I wish Toronot never hired John Ferson Jr............Everytime I see Rask, he plays amazing......He would be the number 1 goalie right now for Toronto......

And for the record, I though the hit was a knee on knee, but it was executed by Gill similarly to how Marchand comes into his hits, with his legs spread to catch the player trying to avoid the hit It usually isn't that dangerous, but when a player has speed it sure can be, ala Peverley.

Nashville will get Gill just before he gets his hand slapped by Shanny. Haha.

Time for some recently underperforming players to step up their game with these injuries. Every other team has had to deal with more games lost to injury than the Bruins, no excuses just play better until they get back or PC works some magic in the next week to replace the call-ups with NHL level players.

wishful thinking and it was mostly sarcasm, I wouldn't expect you to know Boston's prospects, or at least guys playing in Providence.

Any deal for Nash would probably have to start with Rask, and I don't feel we are in a position to be giving him up (Hutchinson is the back up in Providence) and we got nothing behind Rask.

They would ask for Rask, Hamilton and something else, or Rask and Seguin. A move that you should not do, of course.

Yup, we shouldn't looking at moving either of those guys. I'm fairly certain Harvard isn't that stupid.

It's interesting to me that the Rangers are the reported frontrunner, but they don't have the goalie component to include.

I would put the Kings out front. They can offer up Bernier, Johnson, and perhaps a prospect or a pick or both if that's what it took.

No but they have a lot of good young defensemen, something else that Columbus need.

Agree, but Vancouver could be in the mix with Schneider, Hodgson, +.

Might need to deal Raymond, Ballard or something to make the cap work, wich is not impossible. They need to go after the cup if they don't want to end up like the Sens.

Schnieder and Hodgson+ would be a great package for a rebuild

Are they ready to ride Loluongo for the rest of his contract ? If he falls flat in the play offs again what do they do then ? I dunno if trading Schneider right now would be a good plan for them.

I know you wouldnt want to give up both, I'm just saying if they did that's a pretty good way to start putting a team together for CBJ. I wouldn't want the Bruins to give up Rask and Hamilton, but if they did it would be a good start for a rebuilding team.
